Training and Onboarding Specialist at everyLIFE Technologies

Salary: Circa £35,000 per annum

Position Type: Permanent.

Location: UK Remote/hybrid, with requirement to attend a monthly team meeting on site at Head Office, Farnborough, Hampshire

Reporting to: Implementation & Training Manager

As a Customer Onboarding and Training Content Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, creating and maintaining, engaging content to supplement internal training, as well as training, onboarding and support to everyLIFE customers in their adoption of our software solutions. Formats will include walk-throughs, written articles and videos, tailored to an audience within health and social care.

As part of our everyLIFE Onboarding and Training Team, you will support customers from post-sale through to successful implementation. Providing high standard training and consultancy. You will ensure our customers see value in our product and service offering and drive change to digital adoption in care provision.

You will:

  • Create engaging educational content in a variety of mediums to ensure a great employee and customer learning experience.
  • Provide best in class remote training and consultancy for our customers during an onboarding programme.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure materials are up to date and relevant.
  • Build customer confidence and ensure customer success.
  • Become a product specialist assisting internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support customers through eLearning process.
  • Create personalised success plans with key actions to drive an implementation date.
  • Manage implementation challenges to resolution.
  • Drive customer happiness results.

You have:

  • Proven experience creating and delivering training content through a range of media. Written, recorded, video and walk-throughs.
  • Project/program management experience with medium-large projects.
  • Excellent time management.
  • The ability to work proactively.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with others and to build trusted relationships.

You may have:

  • Industry knowledge of the care industry
  • Salesforce Experience
