A rapidly expanding, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Birmingham team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will provide expert Quantity Surveying and Employers’ Agent services across sectors, including public/social, residential, education, and commercial, managing primarily new build and refurbishment schemes.

You will oversee pre and post contract services such as cost estimates, tender documentation, valuations, and final accounts. This position offers clear career progression pathways, supported by a consultancy with long-term development plans.

Requirements

• Qualified with MRICS
• Consultancy experience is preferred
• Both pre & post contract experience is ideal
• Varied sector experience, ideally
