We are currently partnering with a reputable building surveying firm in Bristol, who are seeking a Senior / Associate Director Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of junior surveyors and overseeing general business management, as well as delivering existing work for a diverse client base of commercial and public sector clients.

The firm offers a mix of professional and project-based work, with a split of approximately 60% professional work and 40% project-based work. The ideal candidate will have experience in both areas and be able to demonstrate a track record of success in managing both types of work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a team of junior surveyors and overseeing their work
  • General business management, including financial management and strategy development
  • Delivery of existing work for both professional and project-based clients
  • Building and maintaining client relationships
  • Identifying opportunities for business growth and expansion

Requirements:
