Job Description

The Finance Business Partner will be:

• Drive strategic decision-making through detailed financial analysis and insightful commercial recommendations
• Lead the end-to-end P&L budgeting and forecasting process for the commercial function
• Design and implement new reporting frameworks that deliver actionable insights to senior stakeholders
• Develop pricing strategies and investment business cases using advanced financial modeling
• Spearhead the monthly performance review process, including variance analysis and commentary
• Build strong partnerships with commercial directors to influence strategic planning and execution
• Champion continuous improvement in financial processes and controls

The Successful Applicant

The Finance Business Partner will be:

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong commercial acumen
• Proven track record in a commercial finance role within retail or FMCG
• Experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships at senior level
• Strong financial modeling and scenario analysis capabilities
• Deep understanding of retail metrics and KPIs
• Excellent presentation and influencing skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
