Multi-Skilled Joiner required to work in Leicester/Loughborough and surrounding areas in tenanted and void properties on behalf of councils/housing associations. You will be working on various Kitchen and Bathroom schemes.

The Client

Our client is an award-winning sub-contractor who specializes in regeneration projects and operates nationwide.

The Role

Main duties include going into void and tenanted properties in Leicester, Loughborough, Nottingham, Peterborough, and Northampton, ripping out kitchens, removing tiles, and installing a new kitchen (with carcasses coming built up), installing three courses of tiles, plaster-patching, and painting it all white.

The total hours are 40 per week, 8am - 4:30pm with a 30-minute break - Monday to Friday. This contract is for 3 months but could be extended.

• Work with a reputable social housing contractor on various schemes in the Yorkshire and Midlands region
• Regular work on a week-to-week basis, Monday to Friday.
