We're now looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our leadership team as we enter our next stage of growth.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO and executive team. This role is critical to enabling the leadership team to operate efficiently and focus on the highest-leverage priorities as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Email Management:
  • Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate meetings across time zones, and handle scheduling conflicts gracefully.
  • Monitor and manage inboxes, drafting responses and ensuring follow-ups on critical communications.
  • Meeting Coordination & Support:
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
  • Take clear, actionable notes and drive follow-up across stakeholders.
  • Travel & Logistics:
  • Plan and manage comprehensive travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, itineraries, and expense tracking.
  • Operational Support:
  • Assist with the preparation of investor updates, board packs, internal reporting, and other sensitive documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Personal Assistance (as needed):
  • Support the CEO with personal logistics to help maximise focus and availability.
  • Special Projects:
  • Contribute to ad hoc strategic or operational projects with research, coordination, or execution support.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level leaders, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Comfortable working at a fast pace, managing multiple priorities independently.

Nice to Have

  • Background in fintech or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with investor or board communications.
  • Light experience with project management tools or operations support.
