Land Manager / New Business Manager

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 DOE
Location: SE London

Pinnacle Recruitment is currently working with a Contractor that specializes in the construction of affordable apartments being built for RP’s and HA’s. The contractor has an excellent name in the industry and has been established for over 25 years.

They urgently require a Land Manager / New Business Manager who understands the social housing/affordable housing market and can identify and acquire suitable sites in and around Greater London. These sites will then be presented to HA’s and LA’s as a Land-led type deal so the Contractor will win the build-out contract.

It is vitally important that the successful candidate understands the affordable/HA side of the Land market and knows how to package these deals together to make them attractive for the Housing Associations and Residential providers.

The successful candidate could come from a HA background, Consultancy, or even Developer/Contractor, but it is vital that they understand the concept of New Business and land finding for Housing Associations and Residential Providers.

If you have worked in the private sector, this will also be a major advantage due to understanding the pressures involved in Land delivery for a private company as opposed to a council-run organization.
