Hendon FWC | Fitness | Permanent contract |
From £30,085.12 up to £43,401.28 OTE depending on experience
If you're a Personal Trainer who's ambitious and caring, you'll love being part of Nuffield Health. As the UK's largest Healthcare Charity, we offer a supportive environment where you can grow while making a lasting difference to people's lives. We also provide paid holiday and do not charge a fee for training clients at our facilities.
As a Personal Trainer at our gym, you're confident, outgoing, and approachable. Whether you've been training for a while or are newly qualified, it's essential that you hold REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above). A natural communicator, you're excellent at listening, understanding, and explaining.
Salary is based on a 40-hour week, comprising 32 hours on the gym floor and 8 hours of PT sessions. As your client base grows, you can reduce gym floor hours to maximize your PT earnings, which can reach up to £43,401.28 OTE.
During probation, contracts will be a minimum of 24 gym floor hours to guarantee a minimum salary. Earnings will increase as you build your PT client base.
PT session earnings are on a sliding scale—the more sessions you deliver, the higher your income.
Note: To qualify for this role, candidates must be qualified Level 3 Personal Trainers and hold a current CIMSPA membership at the Personal Trainer Practitioner level. Failure to provide proof of these qualifications will prevent your application from progressing, and employment cannot commence until requirements are met.
We want you to enjoy coming to work, feeling healthy, happy, and valued. Our benefits package includes fitness, lifestyle, health, and wellbeing rewards such as free gym membership, health assessments, retail discounts, and pension options. At Nuffield Health, we care about what's important to you.
