Exciting HLTA Opportunity in Sheffield S10 Area – Primary Schools
Teaching Personnel is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team and support primary schools in the Sheffield S10 area. If you're passionate about supporting children in their learning journey and have experience in the classroom, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Work under the guidance of the class teacher to plan and deliver engaging lessons.
Provide individual or small group support for students with varying needs.
Lead interventions to support students in areas like literacy and numeracy.
Assist with classroom management and provide a positive learning environment.
Support students with additional learning needs and help ensure inclusivity.
Key Requirements:
Experience working as an HLTA or within a similar role in a primary school setting.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt and be flexible in different classroom environments.
A passion for working with children and helping them achieve their full potential.
HLTA qualification or equivalent experience preferred.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
