We are expanding our specialist tax teams and seeking a Tax Disputes and Resolutions Director to join our national team. The role involves working with businesses, individuals, and HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) to resolve tax disputes and enquiries. The ideal candidate will leverage technical expertise and experience to achieve successful outcomes in client interactions with HMRC.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the national team and develop relationships with a portfolio of clients, serving as the primary contact.
  2. Deliver high-quality Tax Dispute Resolution services in collaboration with colleagues and other service lines.
  3. Coordinate with team members to provide effective solutions while maintaining quality standards.
  4. Engage in external business development and internal networking with partners.
  5. Mentor and develop junior staff members.
Candidate Requirements:
  1. ACA/ACCA/CTA qualification or equivalent.
  2. Experience at a senior manager level or above.
  3. Proven experience liaising with HMRC and excellent communication skills.
  4. Strong client management and team leadership skills.
  5. Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to networking.
