Our Pensions Advisory business is growing, and we are seeking Senior Associates/Consultants for our GMP Equalisation Team. This role suits individuals with at least three years' experience as a qualified or part-qualified pensions actuary, or with a pensions administration background with solid GMP understanding. Study support for actuarial qualifications is available.

XPS serves over 1,400 pension schemes, providing administration for over one million members and advisory services to schemes and corporate sponsors, including schemes with assets over £1bn.

The Role

We are hiring several Senior Associates/Consultants for our GMP Equalisation team. The role involves working on GMP equalisation projects, analyzing member data, reviewing complex calculations, providing clear advice, engaging with clients, collaborating internally, exploring research opportunities, and mentoring junior staff.
