A leading NHS community and mental health provider is seeking two motivated Band 5 Trained Nurses for Helston Community Hospital. The role involves delivering high-quality patient care, mentoring students, and supporting a multidisciplinary team. We are looking to recruit two motivated, enthusiastic, and clinically capable Band 5 Trained Nurses to join our nursing team for our 25-bedded Ward at Helston Community Hospital. The Trained Nurse role requires the post holder to be committed to the ongoing development of the ward and multidisciplinary team working. We aim to deliver the highest standard of patient and rehabilitative care to our predominantly elderly patients.
The ideal applicant will possess good organisational, communication, and clinical skills relevant to the post and be able to act as a positive role model. You will undertake a range of Early, Late, and Night duties on a rotational basis to support 24-hour nursing care, 7 days a week. Although based at Helston Community Hospital, a flexible working approach is required to support other hospitals in the locality as service needs require.
