Job Description:

Position: Barista

Hourly Rate: £13.50

Shift Details: Covering full service hours from 8am to 4pm. Flexible shifts available for part-time, full-time, or casual work.

Benefits: Free bus service for staff on routes 21 and 460.

We are seeking energetic, customer-focused Baristas with a passion for coffee! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and can craft the perfect flat white, we want to hear from you.

As part of our catering team, you'll serve excellent coffee and create a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality coffees and hot drinks to order
• Provide friendly, professional service
• Assist with light food prep, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness
• Engage with customers to enhance their experience
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a café (training provided for the right candidate)
• Passion for coffee and customer service
• Reliability and ability to work in a team
• Calm, positive attitude, even during busy periods
• Flexible availability, including early mornings and lunchtimes
