Job Description:

We’re an Armenian AI company. We build innovative AI software for clients — most of which has never been built before. We’re deeply involved in product R&D.

As a young company, we work with various clients, from kitchen devices for chefs to transportation simulations or narrative AI games. The work is diverse and engaging.

Note that this is an individual contributor position. This means:

• You’ll sign a service contract, not an employment contract. You need to be legally permitted to do so in your location.
• Part-time work is acceptable.
• Remote work is possible, preferably aligned with Armenia’s time zone.
• Each new project may involve a pay increase.

Starting pay is approximately $3000 after taxes, depending on your tax situation.

The role involves finding and managing freelance creatives to produce UI for web and mobile apps, 2D assets like illustrations and photos, and 3D assets for our tools. You will lead, not design directly.

Our projects involve creating entirely new UI paradigms, researching unique style solutions, often without references. Design here is heavily focused on R&D, hence the term 'punk' in the job posting.

Potential challenges include working quickly and maintaining high transparency and result-oriented communication among team members.

Qualifications we seek:

• Excellent English skills, both spoken and in pitching ideas.
• Access to a diverse pool of innovative freelancers. This is crucial, as current freelancers tend to produce cliché work.
• Strong conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to craft detailed concept documents and briefs. Language skills are a plus.

The hiring process:
