Head Baker – Bakery & Restaurant Group – London / SW11 – 50K – 60K

This company operates some beautiful bakeries around London and is about to launch new, exciting restaurants. We are looking for a Head Baker to oversee the main bakery in Battersea, focusing on the development of breads and pastries.

You will be baking exceptional sourdough and developing innovative, high-end new products for sale in the new restaurants.
