Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their team. You will be part of a team, working with an experienced residential conveyancing fee earner as part of a busy but friendly team in an established law firm.

Responsibilities:
  1. Completing anti-money laundering and compliance procedures
  2. Speaking to relevant parties over the telephone
  3. General administration duties
  4. Preparation of Contracts
  5. Processing Completions
  6. Using case management system
Requirements:
  1. Have an understanding of the conveyancing process and have previous experience as an assistant or secretary
  2. Have a confident telephone manner and be able to make and receive calls from clients, solicitors, mortgage lenders and estate agents
  3. Have good organisational and administration skills
  4. Will be confident and capable when meeting clients face to face who occasionally drop into the office to collect or deliver paperwork
