Accounts & Audit Senior or Assistant Manager

Description: A leading, highly successful and growing firm of chartered accountants, based in Maidenhead, Berkshire, is looking to strengthen their team with a qualified ACCA/ACA Accounts & Audit Senior or Assistant Manager (Circa 40% audit). This role offers excellent progression potential and career advancement prospects. The firm provides accountancy, tax, audit, and advisory services to a diverse client base across Berkshire, London, and beyond, including corporates, professional services, and not-for-profit organizations. Clients span various industry sectors, both private and listed, primarily owner-managed businesses in the South-East.

As an Audit and Accounts Senior or Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for audit, accountancy, and tax services for an exciting client portfolio. The audit department is expanding, with future growth plans, and the firm seeks individuals who are career-focused and eager to develop professionally. There is a genuine opportunity to progress in your audit career post-qualification, with exposure to accounts, audit, and tax. Requirements

• You will be ACA/ACCA part-qualified or qualified, with a solid background in audit or audit and accounts, and demonstrable audit experience gained within a practice environment as an Audit Semi Senior, Senior, or Associate.
• Your experience should be from a Top Tier, Mid Tier, Top 50, or independent accountancy practice.
• You must demonstrate strong communication skills, both internally and directly with clients.
