Aspiring Educational Psychologist - Mental Health - Bletchley - Education and Training

Overview

This is an excellent entry-level role for psychology graduates seeking long-term careers within educational or clinical psychology.

Ideal for Psychology or Health and Social Care graduates before committing to an MSc, Doctorate, or Research Project.

Role Details

This position offers the opportunity to observe a range of professionals, including therapists, SEN staff, ABA tutors, and mental health specialists.

Learning Support Assistant - Autism - Bletchley
  • Intermediate learning levels with a tailored curriculum for each student.
  • Support for students with ADHD, Asperger's, OCD, Dyslexia, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
  • Supportive and holistic environment with outstanding teaching and support teams, from EYFS to KS4.
  • Collaboration with OTs, SEN teachers, and outside agencies based on each child's needs.
  • Focus on learning needs and autism, delivering key, personal, and functional skills.
  • Class sizes of 6-8 students, with a total of 55 students.
  • Salary: £460-£500 per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
  • This role involves working in challenging, sometimes anti-social contexts, emphasizing de-escalation and communication skills.
