Role: People Diversity & Inclusion Manager
Location: London
Salary: Up to £45k, depending on experience
Type: Permanent / Hybrid
This role will lead the implementation of our diversity, inclusion, and belonging (DI&B) roadmap and in building learning and development pathways for our people.
As part of a small team, you will bring generalist HR experience and contribute to the wider objectives of the People Team.
We’re looking for someone passionate about building inclusive systems that support everyone to thrive, uses data-driven insights to inform decisions and measure impact, engages stakeholders effectively, and is proactive in a busy team environment.
DI&B Delivery:
- Lead the implementation of the DI&B roadmap, ensuring strategic goals are met.
- Support the Head of People in integrating DI&B best practices into policies and processes, contributing to the People Plan objectives.
- Lead initiatives to foster a culture of learning and development, including optimizing the Trust’s learning system and developing competency frameworks.
- Tailor training programs for various audiences, from individual contributors to leaders.
- Establish a framework for DI&B values, ensuring integration across the organization.
Learning and Development:
- Oversee focus groups aligned with the DI&B strategy.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate DI&B training programs, including workshops and e-learning modules.
- Promote and manage the use of the new learning platform to cultivate a learning culture.
- Guide leaders to drive engagement and impact.
- Address inclusion and diversity concerns within the company.
- Support career conversations and communication to ensure ongoing support.
- Create individual competency frameworks for salary banding and career progression.
General HR Responsibilities:
- Facilitate employee relations and ensure policy alignment.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, performance, and pay processes.
- Serve as a trusted HR contact point.
- Assist in initiatives to improve wellbeing, engagement, retention, and development.

- Analyze DI&B data to track progress and identify improvements.
- Create dashboards and reports for leadership.

The Person - Skills and Experience:
- Strong HR generalist background, ideally Level 5 CIPD.
- Experience as a DI&B Lead, working with focus groups and engagement initiatives.
- Excellent influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized, responsive, and autonomous.
- Understanding of the DI&B landscape and its impact.
- Empathetic, able to build trust with diverse groups.
- Proactive with a commitment to continuous improvement.
