We are recruiting an experienced Sous Chef for this stunning country hotel, situated in a lovely village on the edges of the North Yorkshire Moors. It is well known for its high-quality food, location & atmosphere, and has successfully been serving 2 rosette dining and events for a number of years.
Being part of a small group of very high-quality country hotels, the structure and support is in place to help any senior chef coming into the company.
