Description
- Identify and source new products aligned with consumer trends and company objectives.
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote products.
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Comply with industry regulations.
- Manage junior team members.
- Provide feedback and reports to senior management.
Profile
- Experience in buying within homeware, textiles, furniture, or home decor.
- Highly organized with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical with solid commercial awareness.
- Creative and understanding of the supply chain.
- Ability to independently grow a product range.
- Accurate administrative skills and proficient in IT, including Excel.
