Job Description:

Due to an increase in orders, our highly reputable client has a requirement for 5 Temporary Production Operatives for their busy manufacturing plant based in Bangor.

Successful candidates will have previous experience working within a manufacturing environment and full training will be provided.

Position: Production Operatives

Location: Bangor

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 1pm

Duration: Temporary full time

Duties:

  • Assemble various products to the correct quality standard within agreed timescales to meet efficiency targets
  • Work to Standard Operating Procedures and to follow the production system and method within production cells, and where necessary, record information required for Quality Control Procedures.
  • Building of product will require the use of hand tools, including pneumatic and electrical torque guns, training is provided.
  • Ensure all Health & Safety procedures and systems are followed correctly within Production including the wearing of PPE provided.
  • Report all incidents & accidents to their Team Leader or a member of the Health & Safety Committee
  • Ensure good housekeeping practices within the production area.
  • Flexibility to assist with overtime if required on short notice to assist with business demands.
  • All other tasks/ duties reasonably requested by the business.
  • Previous production/manufacturing experience.
  • Previous experience using hand tools, pneumatic and electrical torque guns.
