Field Sales Executive

OTE circa £50,000 (£25k Base + Commission)
Company Car & Fuel Card Provided
Full-time | MondayFriday, 12pm8pm | Saturdays optional (37.5 hrs/week)

Whats on offer:

  • A realistic OTE of around £50,000 (base salary plus uncapped commission)
  • Base salary of £25,200 raising to £28,000 after your first year.

The Role:

Youll be working out in the field, meeting people face-to-face and helping them understand the benefits of a new service thats just launched in their area. Its about building relationships, having quality conversations, and offering a product that can really improve their day-to-day life.

Youll also:

  • Knock on doors and speak to potential customers in areas already set up for the service
  • Build your own pipeline and hit monthly sales targets
  • Answer questions and explain how the service works (full training provided)
  • Keep track of your activity using simple online tools like HubSpot
  • Attend local events and community days to raise awareness
  • Share local insights and feedback with the wider team

What were looking for:

  • Experience in face-to-face sales ideally door-to-door, canvassing or event-based
  • Someone whos confident, enthusiastic, and enjoys working with people
  • A strong communicator who can explain things clearly and handle objections
  • A full UK driving licence this is essential as the role involves regional travel
  • Someone self-motivated and comfortable working independently
