Location: Bicester Heritage, Bicester (On Site)
Salary: Competitive (based on experience) + Bonus Scheme + Share Options
Start Date: Q2 2025
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (flexible for the right candidate)

Hedley Studios is looking for a Junior Operations Specialist to join our growing team, ensuring our drivable art pieces are polished and finished to the highest standard before reaching our clients.

Responsibilities

• Polishing and finishing vehicles to an impeccable standard before client delivery
• Inspecting painted panels upon arrival to ensure top-tier quality
• Removing swirls and defects from all new panels
• Finishing and polishing visual metal components
• Managing workflow efficiently to meet production deadlines
• Collaborating with Operations, Production, and Warehousing teams
• Supporting the loading and unloading of client deliveries
• Ensuring all health and safety policies are adhered to at all times

Requirements

Essential:

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering flawless results
• A structured and methodical approach with a passion for precision
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage workload effectively
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• A hands-on, proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
• A passion for the luxury automotive industry and an appreciation for high-end craftsmanship
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• A team player with the confidence to work independently when needed
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think on your feet

Desirable but Not Essential:

• Experience in body repairs (composite materials & aluminium)
• Knowledge of smart repairs
• Understanding of automotive mechanics
• Forklift training
