Position: Food & Beverage Sales and Promotion Executive

Mission: Assist the F&B Director in maximizing profits through sales activities and promotions focused on external customers (not hotel guests).

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide accurate and current information to F&B E-Commerce staff for promotion of outlets.
  • Support the F&B Manager in tactical marketing to increase sales to external customers.
  • Coordinate advertising campaigns and digital sales efforts.
  • Manage F&B content on melia.com and other platforms.
  • Identify needs related to social media content, photo shoots, promotional displays, flyers, brochures, QR codes, and menus.
  • Attract, contact, negotiate, and confirm group F&B business focused on external customers.
  • Organize and promote special events targeting external customers.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
