Job Description:

Description: To ensure the efficient and effective throughput of product in the working area while meeting customer quality expectations and adhering to Food Safety, Health & Safety guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the efficient operation of the working area to achieve set KPIs.
• Ensure Food Quality/Safety and legality procedures, checks, sign-offs, and paperwork are completed as per NWF and customer requirements.
• Adhere to Health & Safety guidelines and procedures at all times, reporting near misses and any accidents or incidents.
• Report Out of Spec Products, Machinery issues, and Non-Conformance issues to Line Manager promptly.
• Ensure the efficient operation of the cell.
• Follow safe working practices and site safety procedures, reporting near misses and incidents.
• Fulfill any reasonable tasks requested by Line Manager or Supervisor.

Key Accountabilities:
