Job description

Care Co-ordinator

Location: Wakefield

Salary: £19,760 - £23,000

Hours: 40

To ensure all customer visits are allocated, to recruit suitable Care and Support Workers and to maintain appropriate office procedures.

Principal Responsibilities:

  1. Answering all incoming telephone enquiries.
  2. Implementation of thorough recruitment and vetting procedures of all Care & Support Workers.
  3. Processing new customer referrals.
  4. Preparing appropriate documentation for Field Care Supervisors.
  5. Permanent allocation of Care & Support Workers to all customer visits and ensuring all visits are always covered.
  6. Administration of all Individual Care & Support Agreements.
  7. Maintaining customer and Care & Support Worker office files and ensuring that they are always up to date.
  8. Maintaining computer system up to date at all times.
  9. Ensuring all customer and Care & Support Worker documentation and electronic records are kept up to date at all times.
  10. Ensuring all other records are kept up to date.
  11. To work closely with the Field Care Supervisor.
  12. To ensure compliance with all office systems and procedures.
  13. Assistance with wages and invoice processing.
  14. Production of reports and management information as required.
