Company Overview

Our client is a leading manufacturer dedicated to producing products of exceptional quality. Due to exciting plans for 2024, they are looking for an Assembly & Test Technician to join their Engineering team.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Working to exceptionally tight tolerances on the build of bespoke equipment
  • Assembling valves, manifolds, actuators within a high-precision environment
  • Using measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges
  • Following engineering drawings and work instructions to ensure high quality standards
  • Involved in all aspects of assembly, stripping, and testing equipment
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • BTEC Level 3 Engineering or equivalent discipline
  • Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment; RAF/Navy background will also be considered
Benefits Package
  • Salary: £36,000 – £39,000
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours/week, with flexible start times and a half-day Friday
  • Additional benefits include: 33 days holiday, life insurance, healthcare, employee share options, flexible benefits, sick pay, profit sharing, and a 9% pension scheme
