Job description

We are proud to be partnering with an award-winning care service in the Black Country, who are looking to appoint a Property Finance Manager on a permanent contract.


This will be a full-time position, with hybrid working (one day per week/fortnight in the office) and a salary of £30,000 to £35,000 per annum.


The ideal candidate will have a background in a similar role and have intermediate MS Excel skills.


Duties will include (but are not limited to):
  1. Monitoring and moving accounts as required, locating missing bills from relevant portals and ensuring time sensitive payments are made outside of payment runs if required.
  2. Managing Change of Tenancy processes, ensuring all relevant information is obtained and correct.
  3. Producing reports for rent invoices pending approval to be sent to the AP team and reconciling against accounts.
  4. Reviewing rent increase invoices to ensure accuracy and escalating as required.
  5. Working on the estate audit for council tax and business rates to reclaim money for properties which should have exemptions.
  6. Completing VOA submissions.
  7. Supporting on a smart meter roll out project.
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
  1. Intermediate MS Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables etc).

Working hours:
  1. 37.5 hours per week.
