Job description

Our client is a leading US enterprise SaaS startup.

They are seeking an exceptional Senior Solutions Consultant (Presales) based in EMEA to join their growing team. This role will report to the Global VP of Solutions Consulting EMEA and will play an integral role in creating a vision for our customers. You will also be the trusted advisor on AI Agentic capabilities to provide thought leadership, best practices, and help scale and drive adoption to achieve its strategic initiatives.

In order to be successful in this role, you must be able to articulate technology and communicate the value of products to prospective business and technical users and buyers with a focus on enterprise applications. You will also help shape the product and direction of the company by communicating market needs to the Product Management team.

As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will be part of the Presales Team and Architecture community, owning the technical alignment with the customer during the pre-sales lifecycle through workshops and interactions that define the customer’s future state for AI and Agentics.

This is a remote role based in Europe, with a preference for proximity to London, Berlin, or Amsterdam.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in AI development.
  • Proven track record as an AI Engineer, with portfolio examples of successful machine learning or AI projects.
  • 8+ years of pre-sales experience in a SaaS or iPass organization.
  • Familiarity with LLMs and direct interaction with chat-based AI applications.
  • Strong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, function calling, chain of prompt reasoning, and other state-of-the-art techniques to enhance LLM behavior and performance.
  • Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, Amazon Bedrock, and Anthropic APIs, with good working knowledge of these APIs beyond just chat interfaces.
  • Experience with iPaaS technologies, middleware, integration architecture, web services, enterprise messaging, APIs, SOA, ESB, BPM, SDKs, and Databases.
  • Knowledge of Python programming or familiarity with object-oriented programming.
  • Ability to learn new concepts and technologies to solve problems.
  • Excellent presentation skills and composure in front of technical and business audiences.
  • Ability to lead architectural discussions.
  • A passion for technology and translating that into business impact.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours within the sales territory.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customer teams, including data scientists, engineers, AI leaders, and architects, to demonstrate how Agentic can transform their work.
  • Work with Sales AEs, Solution Architects, and other teams to promote our Agentic and AI capabilities, use cases, and tailored architecture.
  • Educate various audiences on AI, Generative AI, and Agentics architectural concepts.
  • Assist sales with technical discovery and architect AI solutions using our products.
  • Create and deliver product demos and AI use case presentations.
  • Support technical workshops and POCs, remotely or on-site.
  • Respond to RFIs/RFPs with functional and technical responses.
  • Gather and synthesize field feedback for product development.
  • Support marketing activities, including blogs, webinars, and industry speaking engagements.
  • Stay updated on AI and machine learning advancements and incorporate new tools and research into projects.
