Base Location: Field based covering London and South East England.

The role

As part of our growth plans, we are looking to increase our BMS Support team and require a Smart Buildings Support Engineer to work across London & the South East. We are looking for exceptional people who can bring big ideas, new skills and innovative thinking to help us build a world that's more sustainable for you, your family and the community you live in.

Our Support business has a fantastic reputation in the industry and has some exciting plans to grow and develop the region further which you can play a key part in.

You will
  1. Carry out BMS pre planned maintenance, small upgrades and additional works at a site in London.
  2. Respond to and resolve reactive breakdowns both within core business hours and as part of the out of hours standby team.
  3. Identify system improvements such as upgrades, system enhancements and software improvements to ensure energy performance is being managed efficiently.
  4. Provide detailed and concise reports based upon your onsite activities.
You have
  1. Good technical experience in Siemens, Trend, or Tridium BEMS/HVAC Building Controls. Experience with Siemens Apogee would be advantageous; however, full training will be provided.
  2. Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain a collaborative working environment with all stakeholders, including customers and external service providers.
  3. Excellent levels of customer service with a professional approach and a dedication to meeting customer expectations, including delivering technical support, coaching and direction.
  4. An agile working approach with flexibility to support on-call rota structure.
  5. As you will be traveling to different sites, it is essential that you hold a full driving licence.
