With over one hundred million passenger journeys annually, we serve more than 275 stations across the South West, from Cornwall and South Wales to London, passing through scenic countryside and top tourist destinations.

We aim to transform train travel by empowering a diverse team of over 6,000 employees to deliver a great experience for our customers. Our goal is to revalue rail as a relaxing, fast, efficient, friendly, and fun way to travel.

Salary: £62,195 for the first 12 months as a qualified driver, increasing to £69,105 thereafter.

We are recruiting for a Talent Pool of Qualified Train Drivers enthusiastic about delivering a different type of rail service, with first-class rewards and a modernizing fleet.

As a Qualified Driver, you will drive through some of the UK's most beautiful countryside, helping set new standards for rail travel.

You will need to work various shifts and reside within an hour's travel of the depot.
