Detailed Job Description:

• Provide thought leadership, collateral, consultation and engagement on multiple items such as:
• ServeCo -Netco Implementation – Previous clients and observational data (e.g., Telenet / Wyre)
• Wholesale unit setup and ISP onboarding (Virgin Media Ireland, BT Openreach) including regulatory considerations
• Telecom Stack Optimization – across products, rationalization, refactoring, cost benefits
• Engage with business layers (Enterprise and Technical architects, Directors, Capability Owners) to educate and inform
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create technical roadmaps with clear phase outcomes
• Become trusted SME across CIO and CTO domains (Service Lifecycle, BSS, OSS, Wholesale, Digital Workplace)
• Support knowledge creation and collateral development to win business
• Provide guidance on Automation, CI/CD, and digital workplace tools
