Are you an experienced Estate Agent, Manager, Lister, or Valuer looking for a new opportunity?

Fine & Country has an immediate opening for an experienced Residential Sales Agent to work within the premium upper quartile housing market in Southampton and the surrounding areas.

What You Do
  1. Focus on the upper quartile of the property market, offering clients bespoke marketing strategies.
  2. Utilize local, national, and international exposure through the Fine & Country network.
  3. Manage client relationships from initial enquiry to key handover.
  4. Market homes to maximize exposure and achieve the highest possible prices, following our proven presentation, exposure, and service strategies.
What We Do

We provide various marketing tools and support, including marketing agreements, social media campaigns, property portals, targeted advertising, brochures, videos, and more. Our dedicated back-office teams assist with sales progression, marketing, conveyancing, and lead generation.
