We have an exciting opportunity with a sector-leading consultancy client! They seek a skilled Lead Business Analyst / Project Manager to join a major sustainability-focused technology initiative as part of the Tech Net Zero Programme.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

You will act as a key liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring project alignment with business and environmental goals.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects within the Tech Net Zero Programme, ensuring scope, governance, and execution are well-managed.
• Build and manage detailed project plans using MS Project; track milestones and adjust for risks and dependencies.
• Serve as a bridge between business and IT, eliciting, analyzing, and validating requirements through workshops and interviews.
• Facilitate regular stakeholder and technical team meetings to maintain alignment.
• Document and model business processes using Visio and Confluence for clarity and traceability.
• Maintain project governance artifacts such as risk/issue logs, RAID logs, decision trackers, and status reports.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively, escalating as needed to ensure delivery.
• Ensure compliance with governance and reporting standards, including regulatory requirements.

Required Skills/Experience

• Proven experience in hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager roles, delivering complex tech-enabled change programs.
• Deep understanding of project lifecycle methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong skills in managing timelines, scope, and resources across multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills at all organizational levels.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills/Experience

• Experience in sustainability, ESG, or Net Zero projects.
• Familiarity with banking/financial services environments and governance practices.
