A leading refurbishment and fit-out subcontractor is looking for Site Managers to join their expanding team. This role has come about due to the company’s impressive growth and success following several framework award wins.

Locations:

1. Site Manager required for projects within the Tayside region.
2. Site Manager required for projects in West Central Scotland.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Oversee Site Operations: Manage all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Coordinate with Stakeholders: Work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
3. Maintain Safety Standards: Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to, promoting a safe working environment for all site personnel.
4. Conduct Site Inspections: Regularly inspect work to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
5. Manage Resources: Oversee the allocation and use of materials, labour, and equipment, ensuring efficient site operations.
