TXM are working with a long-standing client who is looking for a Technical Trainer in the West Midlands Area to deliver training to clients and customers on their fleet of buses.

Our client is looking for a time-served or qualified trainer or a technician with an interest in training looking to take the next step. This role will be working at different depots across London and South England to deliver specific technical training on a new fleet of EV/Hydrogen buses. This role will have an element of design, documentation, and administrative tasks as well as carrying out training sessions.

Other responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement customer-focused Learning and Development strategies, ensuring compliance with ISO9001.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs and videos, both on-site and remotely, to meet customer and business needs.
• Identify and train customer employees to enhance knowledge retention and effective application of solutions.
• Collaborate with industry organizations and training providers to uphold and improve training standards.
• Represent the company in forums on skill shortages and training requirements, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.

Our client is looking for candidates from the PSV, HGV, Automotive, or Rolling stock industries to apply. Other desired candidates will have technical experience in Hydrogen, electric, or diesel engine vehicles.
