Amegreen Children’s Services was founded in 2013 with a heartfelt mission to provide safe, supportive, and nurturing environments for vulnerable children and young people. Nestled in the beautiful rural surroundings of Berkshire, our homes offer a warm welcome to children aged 5 to 18 years old who require care, understanding, and stability to thrive. We are proud that our homes are rated Good and Outstanding by Ofsted, reflecting our commitment to high-quality care and consistent, child-focused support.

As part of the team at Amegreen Children’s Services, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our residential homes by providing dedicated administrative assistance.

We are looking for an organised and proactive individual to support with day-to-day administration across all our residential homes. This includes tasks such as scheduling, taking minutes for meetings and supervisions, maintaining accurate records, supporting with documentation, and assisting the leadership teams.

  • Someone who is confident working independently, with strong communication and organisational skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • The ability to meet tight deadlines and work calmly under pressure with a flexible working attitude
  • Organised with an eye for detail and the ability to manage numerous tasks and deadlines
  • Adaptable to change, creative, and focused while retaining an organised and structured approach
