As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a Business Analyst to join our Data & Engineering team.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, analysing, and optimising business processes to drive efficiency and maximise value. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, applying Lean methodologies and data-driven insights to translate business needs into actionable solutions.

This is a permanent role based in our Leamington Spa studio, where our daily in-office collaboration fuels creativity and innovation.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
2. Gather, document, and manage business requirements through interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
3. Use Lean principles and value stream mapping to identify inefficiencies and propose optimised workflows.
4. Analyse current and future state processes, ensuring measurable business impact and ROI.
5. Develop reports and dashboards to track KPIs and measure the effectiveness of process improvements.
6. Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
7. Facilitate workshops and meetings to present findings and drive collaboration.
8. Identify and recommend opportunities for automation and process optimisation.
9. Create and maintain process documentation, including process flows, SOPs, and user manuals.
10. Adapt to both Agile and Waterfall project environments to support various business initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with expertise in Lean methodologies and process improvement.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and business processes.
4. Experience using business analysis tools and techniques, such as process mapping, requirements elicitation, and data analysis.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical teams.
6. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience in developing dashboards and tracking KPIs.
7. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and quickly adapt to new sectors.
8. Based in our office in Leamington Spa with 5 days per week on site.
