Our client, Dentsu, is seeking a HR Project Manager to lead and coordinate people impact activities as part of a large reform programme across EMEA and the UK.
The role involves engaging with various stakeholders to ensure timely and coordinated delivery of people-related activities.
Key Accountabilities:
- Coordinate projects across the HR workstream and people impact activities during restructuring initiatives across EMEA and the UK.
- Develop and monitor the people plan for the EMEA region.
- Serve as the main contact for all HR-related queries from the Programme team.
- Provide regular status updates, highlight benefits, risks, and escalate issues as needed.
- Support UK HR teams in organizing processes and restructuring activities.
- Lead the UK restructuring programme and conduct people impact analysis.
- Assist in preparing, refining, and updating business cases with the project sponsor, tracking benefits, costs, and risks.
- Work with stakeholders to support benefits realization and ensure project outputs meet requirements.
- Manage forecasts, changes, and actual costs against the business case assumptions.
- Establish governance structures and define roles and responsibilities aligned with the programme.
- Create and maintain project schedules, manage dependencies, and resolve issues.
- Identify and manage stakeholder relationships and communication needs.
- Monitor and mitigate project risks and issues, managing interdependencies with related projects.
Professional Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience managing large-scale, complex restructuring programmes in the UK.
- Good knowledge of UK employment law.
- Knowledge of HR processes and regulations across EMEA is advantageous.
- Experience with ER is an advantage.
- Ability to coordinate tasks and manage priorities effectively.
- Experience in complex matrix organizations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong project and change management capabilities.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, PMI.
- Analytical skills to interpret and report complex data.
