The Role:

Are you an experienced solicitor ready to take the next step in your career within the estate, trust, and will disputes space? A leading national law firm is looking for a talented Senior Associate to join their dynamic team in Birmingham. You will work closely with colleagues across the firm’s other offices and support a national client base. Your responsibilities will include managing your own caseload and acting on behalf of clients such as charities, high-net-worth individuals, private clients, educational institutions, and business owners.

The Candidate:

You should be a qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE and demonstrable experience in contentious private client work, gained within a well-regarded City or regional practice. You will have extensive experience in estate, trust, and wills disputes, handling complex and high-value cases such as challenges to the validity of wills, Inheritance Act claims, trusts of land, and statutory wills.
