What you’ll be doing
- Onboard and manage privileged accounts across various systems including Windows, UNIX/Linux, network devices, databases, and Web applications using CyberArk.
- Ensure proper connectivity and communication between CyberArk components and target systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve account onboarding issues such as credential verification failures, connectivity problems, or policy mismatches.
- Collaborate with Application teams to create safes and policies for secure credential management of privileged accounts through CyberArk.
Skills and experience required:
- Experience with CyberArk Privileged Access Management solutions, particularly account onboarding.
- Strong knowledge of CyberArk components: Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM.
- Experience integrating CyberArk with various platforms: Windows, Linux/Unix, Oracle, Network Devices, Web Applications, SQL servers.
- Understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, routing, subnets, firewall rules.
- Knowledge of common ports and protocols (SSH, RDP, HTTPS) used by CyberArk for credential rotation.
- Scripting skills (AutoIT, PowerShell, Python) are a plus for automation and integration.
- CyberArk Defender and/or Sentry Certification.
- Experience in large enterprise or regulated environments.
