Four is seeking a dynamic IT Services Technician to join our team. As one of the first points of contact for staff and clients needing IT support, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
You will work closely with both the IT and office teams, assisting with all incoming requests and escalating issues when necessary.
The ideal candidate must be comfortable engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels. They report to the IT Network and Infrastructure Manager, part of the IT management team.
