Job Requirements:
- Reporting into the Defence IA Head of Delivery, the Value Stream Technology Lead for Digital Enabler will aim to integrate existing technology to provide a frictionless digital service experience for defence customers.
- The individual will be responsible for developing a technology strategy and roadmap for the Roke Defence Digital Platforms, considering key technology priorities such as maintaining and developing the micro-services hosting platform, ensuring service resiliency and management, adopting cloud-based solutions, and phasing out legacy systems. They will also promote and mature DevOps and agile principles.
- This role will collaborate with Roke Defence IA Delivery Leadership and lead a product function responsible for technology delivery, controls, services, and strategy.
- Working alongside a Business Outcome lead, they will be jointly accountable for delivering and commercializing capabilities, including managing performance across digital security journeys and products.
- Provide thought leadership across multiple projects, technologies, and portfolios.
- Coordinate and implement Roke Defence IA’s Digital Enabler initiatives, working with business, portfolio, and technology leads to optimize solutions and services.
- Manage software teams' efforts, including data processing design, development, testing, and support.

Security
Due to the nature of this position, you must be eligible for SC clearance at minimum, with some roles requiring DV clearance. Applicants should be British citizens, residing in the UK for the past 5 years for SC clearance, and 10 years for DV clearance.
