Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, such as share purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, and prospectuses.
Conduct legal due diligence and identify potential risks and issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, employment, and intellectual property specialists, to provide comprehensive solutions.
Mentor and support junior team members, including trainees, fostering their professional development.
Requirements
Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with excellent academic credentials.
3-7 years' post-qualification experience in corporate finance, gained at a top-tier law firm.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in legal research and financial analysis.
