About The Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Bus Cleaning Supervisor, who will work at our client’s prestigious site.

Key responsibilities of a Bus Cleaning Supervisor

• Ensure all buses are cleaned to the expected standard, nightly, as per the contracted specification.
• Allocate and manage employee levels appropriately, including managing employee holidays, updating records on Agresso/Timegate.
• Ensure employees sign in and out correctly and manage shifts on Timegate.
• Carry out nightly cleaning audits (at least 10% of the fleet per week).
• Highlight poor standards, rectify issues, and manage employees through training, feedback, or PMA forms, with further action if issues recur.
• Assist with paperwork related to cleaning and shunting, including EOSR, cleaning figures, fogging figures, etc., for management purposes.
• Work alongside the cleaning and shunting team nightly as required.
• Complete RTW interviews for employees returning from sickness or absence, and pass reports to the line manager.
• Ensure all employees are aware of sickness and absence reporting procedures.
• Brief and sign off on SSOW & safety briefs and risk assessments with employees.
• Ensure new starters complete the site induction pack.
• Issue PMA forms to employees who are late, underperforming, or breach safety protocols, and report to the line manager if further action is needed.
• Report any persistent sickness issues to management for investigation.
• Ensure incidents or accidents are reported via the 24-hour accident line and on Agresso.
• Monitor PPE and uniform compliance, challenging non-compliance.
• Report concerns or updates to the line manager regularly.
• Perform other duties as reasonably assigned within the scope of the role.
