Overview of the role
We're seeking a bright, ambitious accounting graduate to join our dynamic finance team. This role offers exceptional exposure to various aspects of financial operations and provides a structured path toward professional qualifications.

Key responsibilities

1. Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and financial statements
2. Support the accounts payable and receivable processes
3. Participate in month-end closing procedures
4. Help with bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
5. Contribute to statutory reporting and tax compliance activities
6. Collaborate with senior team members on special projects

Key requirements

1. 2:1 degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
3. Excellent Microsoft Excel proficiency
4. Keen interest in pursuing professional qualifications (ACCA/ACA)
5. Solid communication and organisational abilities
