Change Grow Live Norfolk - Marketing, Communications and Digital Lead

Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Marketing, Communications and Digital Lead to join our team in Norfolk. The ideal candidate will have the skills and experience to engage digitally with the people we support and our partner agencies.

This role involves working as part of a diverse team supporting individuals with drug and/or alcohol issues.

Details
  • Location: Norwich
  • Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
  • Salary: £27,861.26 - £32,002.35 (dependent on experience, based on full-time hours, pro rata for part-time)
  • Contract: Fixed Term until 31st March 2026
Candidate Requirements

The candidate must have working knowledge of various social media platforms, experience engaging diverse audiences online, excellent design sense, and strong written communication skills. A passion for supporting individuals to become drug and alcohol free is essential.

You will need excellent engagement skills, commitment to high-quality service, and active involvement of service users. You will implement the Marketing, Communication & Digital plan to enhance the profile and reduce stigma around our work, humanising those we support and engaging local communities.

You will coordinate targeted behaviour change campaigns and events, ensuring alignment with national and local campaigns, and achieving measurable outcomes.
