About The Role

Do you want to use your interpersonal skills over the phone to provide vital support and information about services to people affected by dementia?

As a Telephone Support Volunteer, you will assist individuals living with dementia, those affected by dementia, or people concerned about their memory. You will help connect them with available support and services, tailoring your assistance to each person's needs, interests, abilities, history, and personality. You will serve as a key contact, ensuring ongoing communication and support during their times of need.
