Location: The Mumbles - Swansea

Salary: £24,000-26,000 + Commission

We provide professional recruitment services across various Environmental and Engineering fields, including Architectural, Town Planning, Geotechnical, Civil, Structural, and Acoustics sectors. Skills, Experience & Duties for the role of Recruitment Consultant:
  1. Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT literate.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Good organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
  4. A hardworking and enthusiastic attitude towards learning new skills.
  5. Confident in phone communication; this is a phone-based role.
  6. Degree educated or previous sales experience preferred, but not essential.
  7. Screen and profile candidates daily.
  8. Write engaging job adverts to attract suitable candidates.
  9. Negotiate fees with guidance.
  10. Support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  11. Build rapport with clients through daily communication to help win business.
  12. Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
